It’s normal to want to stay in control of our lives. It makes us feel safe, lending a pleasant predictability that calms our deeper fears. Circumstances surrounding COVID-19 is throwing us all completely off track.

2. Think about a time in the past where the pleasant predictability of your life was challenged. Connect with how it made you feel. Specifically, what you were most afraid about at that moment in time.
3. Sit quietly and think about an unexpected good thing blossomed in your life as a result of that time.
