Learning to Grow
What we choose to do on a daily basis during this crisis is a learning opportunity that enables us to move from a zone of fear into growth. Collective conscious decisions shape the future for not only ourselves, but everybody on this planet.

3. Breathe in slowly and deeply. Connect with and accept your current state of being without any judgement or praise.

5. Watch the video. Envision the female dancer embodying where you would like to be on the diagram and the male dancer being where you are now.
6. Review the diagram again, and sends thanks to where you have been on it. Now make a conscious decision to do something new today that will help you to learn or grow.
7. This process can be repeated in the days ahead as a means to motivate and track your progress.
