Music is quick therapy, so just:
1. Turn up your device’s volume
2. Take a moment to picture your childhood home. Connect with how it felt to be there, the smells in the air, the voices of those whom lived there with you. Think of a word that describes how it felt to live there.
3. Click on the photo below, which will redirect you to YouTube.
4. Watch the video, listening to the lyrics that beautifully describe the families this performer witnessed during his childhood.
5. Connect with the truth of his words, “Ain’t no right way, ain’t no wrong.” Proceed through your day with this mantra playing in symphony with both your mind and your heart.
